Hello everybody,
after the Summit this year in Odense I can't await to start here in the forum.
And this is my first question ââ¬Â¦
I'm planning my next spring fishing trip. Usually I always made a trip in march or april to Bornholm or Fyn to fish for seatrout. But for next year I would like to combine salt water with fresh water a little later in the year ââ¬Â¦ maybe may or june.
Where can I have good salt water fishing with good stream fishing as close by as possible? Is may/june a good time window to combine both?
On the Summit in Odense I talked with a guy from Northern Juitland. Unfortunately I forgot his name. I only remember he offers guided trips in his area and we talked about smaller streams with good trout. Maybe he is reading this post!?
Thanks for your help!
Stefan

The forums are very quiet
The Global FlyFisher forum has existed for almost as long as the site, and the oldest posts are more than 20 years old. Forums aren't what they used to be. Social media has taken over a lot of their roles, and the GFF form is very quiet ... to put it mildly.
We keep everything online for the sake of history, and preserve the posts for as long as possible, but as you will see, quite a few of them aren't in a good shape, but rely on old images hosted elsewhere, which are no longer available, odd codes from old systems and much more, which can't be shown in a decent way.
But the posts are here, and you can - if you insist - start new threads. But don't stay awake waiting for replies, because they are unfortunately few and far apart.

Hi,
The guy in question you are refering to is: Ivar Thordal. His email is: ivar.thordal@gmail.com
The only bad thing about north Jutland is, thers are no grayling up there. There's plenty of brown trout and pretty spring fed streams.
If you want saltwater on Fyn...Give me a call or email. I can take you to a few good places in addition to Wedellsborg again, in that tickles your fancy? :?
Good hunting...Winter is going to be long this year.
